Accurate and Immaculate Designs

Recently adding the water jet cutter to our range of machinery has allowed us to completely change the way we work and complete jobs with a high level of efficiency and accuracy. With a water jet cutter, we can immaculately cut holes and shapes into small items with a level of accuracy that was previously not possible.

How it works

When our clients come to us with an idea, we help them sketch a design that brings their idea to life. Most of the time, we can sketch anything and everything as long as our machine allows us to cut it. From there, we will draw up a professional version of the sketch, have our client sign off on the design and begin the process. We can cut almost any material up to a 300mm thickness with our water jet cutter, except for toughened glass.

The Machinery

For all of our water jet cutting, we use our new machine, the Omax 60120 5 axis water jet cutter. This is a top of the range water cutter that allows for accuracy to within 300^th of a millimetre, achieving an immaculate result every single time.

Once we have used the Omax machine to cut the shapes, we then take the design over to our Baykal 200-ton CNC Press Brake folder which allows us to efficiently mass produce identical copies of the design.
