Council Work

Having been Yamba locals for most of our lives, we are proud to carry out work for our local council on a regular basis. Over the years, we have completed a range of fabrication work for the local council such as polished stainless handrails, aluminium stairs and floodgates.

Our Qualifications:

Andrew Harris Engineering  are proud to be RMS pre-qualified steel fabricators. Holding an RMS pre-qualification is essential for contractors wishing to tender for road and bridge construction, paving, specialist works and the provision of intelligent transport systems (ITS). In order to achieve a qualification, tenders must comply with the NSW Government Codes of Practice and Tendering for the Construction Industry.

Each contractor must be pre-qualified on a three yearly basis and must apply every three years to renew their prequalification. At Andrew Harris Engineering , we make it a priority to reapply for this when required to ensure we are operating legally and safely.
